Includes almost daily entries from January to May on the progress of their travels. Also includes genealogical information about Liston's family, a brief biography of Elizabeth Reeves by her daughter Ovilla Empey, and some unsigned notes dated St. George, 1860-1879.

Mormon pioneer. From the description of Autobiography, 1877. (Unknown). WorldCat record id: 79406112 Commodore Perry Liston was born on March 31, 1821. He was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Iowa in 1850, married Elizabeth Reeves, and accompanied Thomas Hatch and James Dean from Utah to New Mexico in 1878.
